Welcome to ChemCab (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our delivery services, website, client portal, driver network, or any tools provided by ChemCab, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Service Description
ChemCab provides chemical, gas, petroleum, environmental, and laboratory sample courier services. All jobs must be booked through the ChemCab Client Portal or via email. Completed jobs include time-stamped proof of delivery, photographs, driver signatures, and automated invoicing.
2. Client Account
To use ChemCab services, you must create and maintain an active Client Portal account. Clients are responsible for ensuring all account information, billing details, and contact information are accurate and kept current.
ChemCab reserves the right to approve, deny, or suspend accounts at its discretion.
3. Job Requests
By submitting a job request, you agree that:
All pickup and drop-off information is accurate.
Samples are packaged and labeled according to all applicable regulations.
Any hazardous materials are fully and accurately disclosed.
Chain-of-custody requirements are communicated in advance.
ChemCab may refuse or cancel any job request that is unsafe, illegal, improperly packaged, or violates regulatory standards.
4. Pricing & Billing
ChemCab charges per-mile or per-route depending on distance and complexity. By booking a delivery, you authorize ChemCab to invoice your account automatically.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Unpaid invoices may result in:
Account suspension
Job delays
Late fees
5. Turnaround Times (ETA/ETC)
ETAs and ETCs are estimates only. ChemCab is not liable for delays caused by:
Traffic, weather, or road closures
Site access issues
Incorrect information provided by the client
Restricted or hazardous facility entry requirements
6. Proof of Delivery
All completed jobs include:
Time-stamped Proof of Delivery
Photos of samples
Driver signature
Digital delivery confirmation
Clients acknowledge that POD constitutes final confirmation of delivery.
7. Liability & Limitations
ChemCab is not responsible for:
Improperly packaged samples
Sample leaks, spills, or contamination caused by client packaging
Sample degradation due to temperature, handling, or time
Testing delays, lost revenue, or consequential damages
Maximum liability for any delivery is limited to the amount paid for that specific job, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
8. Hazardous Materials
Clients certify that all hazardous materials comply with:
DOT 49 CFR regulations
OSHA standards
Applicable state and local laws
ChemCab may refuse materials that pose unacceptable risk.
9. Privacy & Data Use
ChemCab stores client data securely and uses it only for job processing, communication, invoicing, and regulatory compliance. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10. Account Termination
ChemCab may terminate or suspend an account for:
Fraud or misrepresentation
Unsafe practices
Non-payment
Abusive behavior
Violation of these Terms
Clients may close their accounts through the Client Portal.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and Louisiana, depending on the service region.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of ChemCab services indicates acceptance of any revisions.
